MF principally aims to bring to zero the number of new HIV infections in Nigeria by launching massive awareness programs both alone and alongside other bodies and agencies, encouraging abstinence from extra-marital sex and providing voluntary confidential counselling and testing services to high-risk and out-of-reach populations.

We offer basic healthcare, carry out screening for common diseases and treat them, dispense free drugs and refer specialist cases appropriately.

Our activities include HIV/AIDS awareness/sensitization and other health-related outreaches to secondary and tertiary institutions, and rural areas; capacity building workshops for training and empowering our members; World AIDS Day and Candlelight memorial programs; researches and publications on topical health issues with a bias to HIV-related issues; Humanitarian support activities for PLWHA; Public lectures, symposia and seminars.
